Hi, I'm Xénia, founder of Lead Sisters.
I was a bit fed up to repeatedly see the same dudes on stage, in my hometown, so I decided to organize concerts myself to bring more FLINTA musicians that I love on stage.
I live in Zürich since 2022, and I'm always surprised to see how rare it is to see FLINTA artists from the Romandie on Swiss German stages, and vise versa.
I founded Lead Sisters for these purposes : Give more stage space to FLINTA musicians, while encouraging the exchange between/across the Röstigraben.
Lead Sisters is a non profit association, I run this aside my full time job, as a passion for music, feminism, and cultural exchange. Booking or curation fees collected directly found the concerts I produce.
