julie b. (Biel/Bienne, Switzerland) is a musician, composer and performer. After studying jazz at the HKB, she now works in various ensembles – solo under the name BEATRICE BEISPIEL, as well as in the trios COCON JAVEL and Emotional Support.
In her work, she explores vulnerability, refuge and imbalance, combining experimental and electronic soundscapes with interdisciplinary elements and improvisational freedom.
