I am a mature English woman who is currently living near Zurich. I have been in bands for all of my adult life.. for the past twenty years I sang the songs of Christine McVie in the theatre show performed by Rumours of Fleetwood Mac. We toured extensively during this time and the show travelled around the world ( pre Covid).
Since leaving the band I have been focussing on writing my own material.. mainly soft melodic rock/ blues songs..
I also enjoy jazz and folk music too..
I play some accordion and piano but my main skill is in singing and harmonising ..
I spend a lot of time working alone and would be really interested in finding someone to collaborate with.. sharing ideas critiques etc..
some of my favourite artists are.. Ron Sexsmith , KDLang Leonard Cohen Future Islands Florence and the Machine Dylan Lilac Time REN Harvieu Cajun Music Rory Gallagher The Christians to name just a few! Not to mention The Beatles! ( from my home City of Liverpool)
I am currently learning how to use Logic Pro 10 so someone who could share their skills and knowledge With me would be great or if you are looking for a singer for your songs then maybe that could be me?
