Hi,
I'm Xénia, I was a bit fed up seeing the same duds on stage, again and again in my hometown (La Chaux-de-Fonds), so I decided to organize concerts myself.
Living in Zürich, I was a bit sad not to see Swiss German FLINTA artistes playing the french side, and the other way round. I founded Lead Sisters for these purposes : Give more stage space to FLINTA musicians, while promoting the exchange between/across the Röstigraben.
I'm doing this aside from my full time job, as a passion, for music, feminism, and cultural exchange.
