Sarah is the Founder of music services agency The Library, specialising in various consultancy services including Artist Development and Project Management. The Library's roster includes various artists and their teams including Sirens of Lesbos, NNAVY, 15 15, Austel, but also mental health initiative Under Pressure, and Label-based independent label After All (Charity Joy Brown, Helena Gao). The Library is also co-running the Swiss programme Finta Music Exchange Business, who is to see its first edition in 2026.
Previous to that, Sarah worked as an Artist Manager at Beatnik Creative in London, and was instrumental in the career development of artists such as Arlo Parks, Miso Extra, and Lana Lubany.
