I started performing at weddings and small events as a side job when I was thirteen. After joining a girl group and touring London and Dublin, I decided that I wanted to study music. After the girl group broke up, I started my studies in Jazz at the WIAM in Winterthur in 2017. At the same time, I worked on my solo project "Amber Rae". In May of 2020, I released my debut EP "Ride Or Die" and hit the charts the first week after the release. That surprise was followed by daily airplay on the radio and a successful music video release for my single "Ghost Town".
My American roots are the reason for my love for modern country music and have a massive impact on my sound.
With English being my mother tongue, it's a given that my songs are in English.
On the side, I work as an early education music teacher at a private bilingual school in Zürich and enjoy sharing my love for music with young children.
In October of 2020, I celebrated the release of my debut EP with a concert at KUGL in St. Gallen.
Currently, I am working on my second EP from which singles are scheduled for release in the course of this year.
