Hi, my name is actually Joann and Karo Kosmos was created through my hang to atmospheric sounds and my third name "Karoline".
As a teenager in Berlin, I was often the only one among my friends who was into electronic music. Ironically, it wasn't until I moved to Zurich that I found my community and people who shared my passion.
Though it took me a few more years to finally get behind the decks, I now feel completely at home there. I love mixing different moods and genres, and I like to take listeners on a journey through music – creating unexpected moments while staying tuned to the atmosphere of the room. For me, it's all about sharing the joy of discovery.
