Lola Bastard is a singer, songwriter and music producer born in Geneva, Switzerland. After pursuing theatre for several years, she starts making music at the age of 17 with the band Metropolitan Parc. They will tour around the world for 8 years. In the meantime, Lola goes to Wagner College (NY) where she studies Perfoming Arts. She later moves to London where she meets Jeremy Levy and starts a duo called Ghost Suns, signed with Fierce Panda. During her time in London, she develops her producer and arranger skills with partner Michael Stroudinsky, working with artists such as Niels Schack who she also performs with as a session musician. In 2020, she creates a new project with Michael Stroudinsky called CORBAAL, an electro pop jazz fusion trio joined by Erik Truffaz. Two years later, she decides to start her own project under her name with an album called "Governor's Tavern" (to be released in 2024). Composed in Athens, produced in Los Angeles with Aurelien Rubod and mixed in Paris, this album is a new chapter in Lola's career: A dive into electro pop as a solo artist.
