Since 2018 I've been working for Helvetiarockt – the Swiss coordination office and networking platform for women, inter, trans, non-binary and agender people working in the music business.
I was involved in the development of the Diversity Roadmap 2019 – a tool towards more diversity and equality in clubs and at festivals. I am currently working with my co-director to expand the Diversity Roadmap into a platform. We are focusing for the next two years on sexualised violence in clubs and at festivals and are planning a workshop programme for 2024 and 2025.
I'm co-initiator of the Queens of Hip Hop Festival, where I took charge of production in 2019. Ever since, we've been organizing concerts and parties in Bern.
I'm also a part of the Klangheimlich team, arranging surprise concerts monthly at Lichtspiel in Bern.
Additionally, I co-founded the Flirt Don't Hurt association, focused on running campaigns and training sessions addressing sexualized violence in clubs in Bern.
