Profiles

The contents of the profiles (people and acts) as well as links to external third parties originate from the registered users. We do not take any responsibility or liability for the correctness, topicality and copyrights of the information and contents provided by the registered users.

Violations

We regularly check the profiles for violations of Swiss law as well as for all forms of violence and discrimination in text and pictures and reserve the right to delete profiles immediately. However, we do not guarantee constant monitoring of the profiles and their contents without concrete information.

Data Protection Policy

General

Helvetiarockt will never disclose personal data to third parties where this is not required by law or necessary for the purpose for which a person has consented (see below). All data on registration forms, deposits, etc. are stored on an internal database which has its server in Switzerland. All persons are granted insight which data Helvetiarockt has stored about them and how it is used. We guarantee the right to delete all personal data stored about you. This does not apply to data for which we are obliged to store by law. This includes, for example, payment receipts which we must keep for 10 years in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Helvetiarockt uses various channels to keep interested parties up to date and to communicate with them: these include letter mail (e.g. large mailings to all registered postal addresses once a year), emails, WhatsApp messages or telephone.

Social networking plugins

Our website can use plugins from social networking companies (e.g. Twitter or Facebook news feed). If a person is connected to a corresponding social network platform when visiting our website, the provider in question may make deductions about the behaviour on the internet. We therefore recommend that if you do not want this service to be used, you disconnect from the platforms in question.

Share Buttons – Social Networks

Unlike the sharing buttons on social networks set up by social networking platforms, which are forwarded to the operator already at the time of page loading, we insert a button to like/tweet. The visitor’s data will not be sent to social networking platforms without their approval. Only when the user activates the corresponding button (where no “sharing” is directly associated), he/she approves the communication with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
